The present invention provides a skin cosmetic which has an excellent whitening effect and an excellent wrinkle ameliorating effect and shows an excellent performance such as good skin fitness. The skin cosmetic according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: (a) one or more kinds of a pyrimidyl pyrazole compound represented by general formula (1) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and (b) one or more kinds of a non-emulsifying crosslinked silicone.
