Specifically, a dialysis agent which includes electrolytes containing at least magnesium chloride hydrate, and a pH modifier, wherein the ratio between the water content of the entire dialysis agent and the amount of water removed from the magnesium chloride hydrate is less than 118% but at least 7%, the water content of the magnesium chloride hydrate is within a range from 43% to 51%, and each of the constituent components is placed in a container as a single solid component.
