PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image processing apparatus, a radiation image processing method and a program capable of removing grid fringes drawn on a radiation image with high accuracy and reproducibility to improve the image quality of the radiation image. An image processing device that corrects radiation image data captured by a radiation detection device in which a grid for removing scattered radiation is arranged in front of an image receiving surface, and radiation included in the radiation image data. The first correction processing unit that removes the first noise component of the first spatial frequency due to the structure and drive method of the detection device, and the second spatial frequency due to the structure of the scattered radiation removal grid included in the radiographic image data. A second correction processing unit for removing the second noise component of the above is provided. The second correction processing unit detects the second noise component using the radiographic image data before the correction processing by the first correction processing unit is performed.
