The present invention relates to a toothpaste composition comprising silicon dioxide, dental-type silica, sodium monofluorophosphate, aminocaproic acid, allantoin chloro hydroxy aluminum, and chondrodite as main components. The toothpaste composition of the present invention has excellent effects of removing plaque and preventing deposition of tartar through actions of the main components comprising chondrodite.
