The present invention relates to a toothpaste composition comprising, as main components, silicon dioxide, dental-type silica, sodium monofluorophosphate, aminocaproic acid, allantoin chloro hydroxy aluminum, and kiyoseki stone. The toothpaste composition of the present invention has excellent effects of removing plaque and preventing deposition of tartar through actions of the main components comprising kiyoseki stone.
