A cosmetic preparation for skin, which contains components (A) an ultraviolet protective agent, (B) a polymer that comprises, as constituent units, a hydrophilic segment which has N-acyl alkyleneimine as a repeating unit and an organopolysiloxane segment, (C) an alcohol having 1-4 carbon atoms, (D1) a powder having a number average particle diameter of from 1 [mu]m to 10 [mu]m (inclusive), (D2) a powder having a number average particle diameter of more than 10 [mu]m but 25 [mu]m or less, and (E) a propellant. The content of the component (C) in all the components of the cosmetic preparation for skin excluding the component (E) is from 40% by mass to 95% by mass (inclusive).
