A BIOACTIVE GLASS SCAFFOLD AND A METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF The present invention relates to bioactive glass scaffold for treating peripheral nerve injury and neuropathic pain and a method thereof. More specifically, the invention provides bioactive glass scaffold comprising of 30 % bioactive glass and 4 % ethyl cellulose, wherein the bioactive glass is either 45S5 or barium containing bioactive glass, and bioactive glass is prepared using the sol-gel method.
