The present invention relates to a ventilation device for a refrigeration container and a ventilation method using the same. According to the present invention, the ventilation device comprises: an inflow ventilator (110) installed on the side of a refrigeration container (10) an outflow ventilator (120) installed on the other side of the refrigeration container (10) to face the inflow ventilator (110) a monitoring unit (130) sensing temperature, concentration of oxygen, the concentration of carbon dioxide, and the concentration of ethylene in the refrigerator container (10) and a ventilator controller (140) receiving a feedback on sensed content from the monitoring unit (130) and controlling the operation of the inflow ventilator (110) and the outflow ventilator (120). A ventilator cover (160) and the ventilators (110, 120) meet each other while a curve coincides with each other. So, a ventilation hole is closed. Therefore, the ventilation device prevents a problem in which a refrigeration function is normally deteriorated due to the ventilation hole. Also, as the ventilator cover (160) is open and closed by sliding in the longitudinal direction of the curve (113, 163) while the curve (113, 163) coincides with the each other, the ventilator cover (160) is rapidly open and closed at an accurate position without dislocation from a predetermined position.
