PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation device capable of applying stimulation of light to only a part of a human body which comes into contact with the device without making the light enter the eyes.SOLUTION: This irradiation device has a seat portion 1a of a toilet seat 1 formed of a light guide member consisting of a light transmission material and capable of guiding a light from light emission parts 3 and 3 which generate visible lights including not a red light but a blue light, wherein the surface of the seat portion 1a is formed into a mirror surface and disposed to allow the contact of the buttocks of the human body and is configured so that the light from the light emission parts 3 is leaked only through a site where the buttocks of the human body come into contact with the seat portion 1a.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】光を眼に入れることなく、人体が接触した部位のみに光の刺激を与えることのできる照射装置を提供する。【解決手段】青色光を含み且つ赤色光を含まない可視光を発生する発光部3,3からの光を導くことのできる光透過性材料からなる導光部材で便座1の着座部1aを形成し、この着座部1aの表面は鏡面に形成されて、人体の尻が接触可能に配置されてなり、着座部1aに人体の尻が接触した部位のみから発光部3からの光が漏れ出るように構成されている。【選択図】図1
