SOLUTION: The content of the lysophosphatidylcholine is 0.40 to 2.10 parts by mass with respect to 10 parts by mass of the fat and oil, and the emulsifier contains fat, lysophosphatidylcholine and an emulsifier (excluding lysophosphatidylcholine).
