The present invention relates to a tissue suspension and fixture device, which pulls and fixes a sagging skin tissue in opposite directions to fix the sagging skin tissue. The reverse U-shaped tissue suspension and fixture device includes a pair of leg units and a suspension and fixture unit. The leg units include: a distal unit which is arranged on the sagging skin part needed to be pulled up and includes first core members having engaging protrusions formed on the surface； and a proximal unit including a second void member having multiple void units formed thereon to induce tissue growth and a second core member passing through the second void member while pulling the distal unit connected thereto in a direction opposite to the sagging direction. The suspension and fixture unit is formed in the shape of a reverse U to be fixed and caught with the skin tissue while interconnecting the leg units in a pair.
