The present invention relates to a tissue suspending and fixing device. The tissue suspending and fixing device pulls and fixes sagging skin tissue in an opposite direction of a sagging direction, and comprises: a distal unit disposed in a sagging skin side requiring pulling, and including a first pore member having multiple pores prepared to induce tissue ingrowth； a pair of leg units including a second pore member having multiple pores prepared to induce tissue ingrowth, a second core member extended in a direction which becomes farther from the distal unit in the second pore member, and a proximal unit connected with the distal unit, and pulling the distal unit in an opposite direction of a sagging direction； and a suspending and fixing unit for connecting the leg units with each other, and having a reversed U-shape to be hung and fixed in skin tissue.
