A dental shielding film for inducing bone regeneration using a silk matrix and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The dental shielding film is configured such that a silk matrix having a first thickness section produced by silkworm is divided into two or more predetermined shape silk matrix pieces having the first thickness .
