The present invention relates to a vascular patch using silk matrix and a manufacturing method thereof. The vascular patch using the silk matrix is a silk matrix piece having a cross section with a first thickness which is flat-divided into two or more pieces of the silk matrix with the first thickness to have a proper shape by using the silk matrix with the first thickness produced by a silkworm. The present invention provides the vascular patch using the silk matrix, which is manufactured by a relatively simplified procedure to largely save costs as compared with the costs of the conventional vascular patch, and at the same time, which has excellent cell proliferation and bio-compatibility. The present invention also provides the manufacturing method thereof.본 발명은 평면견을 이용한 혈관용 패치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 평면견을 이용한 혈관용 패치는, 누에에 의하여 생산된 제 1두께의 평면견(Silk Matrix)을 이용하여, 상기 제 1두께의 단면을 갖는 상기 평면견이 두 개 이상의 적절한 형태로 평면 분할된 상기 제 1두께의 평면견의 조각인 것이 특징이다.본 발명에 의해, 제조과정이 상대적으로 간단하여 통상의 혈관용 패치의 단가와 대비하여 훨씬 절감이 가능함과 동시에 세포배양능이 우수하며 생체적합성을 갖는 평면견을 이용한 혈관용 패치 및 이의 제조방법이 제공된다.
