The present invention refers to improvements in cleaning and suctioning system for open abdomen surgery, which protects the internal user: human equipment for the surgery room (surgeon, first and second surgeon assistants, scrub nurse and circulating nurse), avoiding the boredom and tediousness of the surgical activity, preserving the physical state and mood of said personnel in optimum conditions, for benefiting the external user (patient).Esta invención se refiere a un sistema, mejorado, de aseo y aspirado operatorio de abdomen abierto que protege al usuario interno: equipo humano del área de quirófano (cirujano, primero y segundos ayudantes del cirujano, enfermera instrumentista y enfermera circulante), evitando el tedio y lo oneroso de una actividad quirúrgica, tendiente a conservar el estado físico y anímico de dicho personal en óptimas condiciones, para beneficio del usuario externo (paciente).
