PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation with excellent storage stability and high safety, into which ascorbic acid is stably blended.SOLUTION: The skin external preparation contains 20 wt.% or less of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid and derivatives and salts thereof, and polyhydricalcohols including at least 1,3-propanediol.
