A pneumatic seed meter for an agricultural seeder, comprising: a housing forming a seed reservoir, an exhaust chute and a vacuum chamber； a seed disc mounted in said housing rotatably about an axis and having a plurality of seed cells spaced radially about an axis to hold the seeds, said disk having channels adjacent to each corresponding seed cell. 2.
