The detection chamber contains test reagent strips (120) to detect whether samples contain interested analytes. The detection device further comprises a protrusion (131) that enables the detection device standing tilted in the traverse direction. The detection method comprises collecting liquid samples as the first step, followed by standing the device tilted in its traverse direction through a protrusion support, and detecting whether samples contain the analytes.
