The present invention relates to a handpiece and a laser treatment apparatus using the same. The handpiece comprises a laser connecting portion where laser light is injected； a cylindrical body extended to the laser connecting portion； a microlens portion installed inside the body and where a plurality of microlenses having an embossing structure of a stripe pattern are nearly arranged； an object lens portion installed inside the body, having two lenses perpendicular to a laser light route with a constant interval from the microlens portion； an emission portion having a groove in an end portion of the body, and radiating the laser light to the outside； and a protective lens portion installed between the emission portion and an object lens, and blocking a foreign material entered from the groove. One of the microlenses is rotated around a light shaft, and changes a pattern of the emitted laser light.
