PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser tip, a laser treatment device, and a laser treatment system, which can safely perform surgery for laser treatment and, if bleeding occurs, stopping the bleeding.SOLUTION: A laser tip 70 comprises: a laser transmission path-mounted part 71 detachably mounted to a laser irradiation opening 63a at the distal end of a hollow waveguide 63, from which laser irradiation opening 63a a laser beam 57a is projected an abutting part 72 which abuts against biological tissue and a connection part 73 which is separated apart from the laser transmission path-mounted part 71 by an open space S provided in a forward section in a projection direction of the laser beam 57a projected from the laser irradiation opening 63a, and which connects a portion of the abutting part 72 to the laser transmission path-mounted part 71.
