The present invention relates to processes that promote the solvation of calcium ions in macromolecular matrices, the ratio, concentration and physiochemical conditions in each stage and methods of preparation allowing a stabilised soluble product based on calcium salts and polymers, to be obtained. The present invention does not generate the deposition of crystals of the salts used and surpasses commercial calcium formulations, and it is therefore useful in the food, pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic industries.
