PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body cooling/heating tool capable of being very inexpensively manufactured and efficiently cooling or heating a specific region of the body.SOLUTION: A body cooling/heating tool includes: an inside wall part 3 that is provided with a recess capable of accommodating a part of the body； an outside wall part 2 that faces the inside wall part with a predetermined clearance 4a in between； and a cold insulator or a thermal insulator 4, which is infilled into the clearance.
