PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket for animal for being put on an animal such as a domestic animal for cold protection, which raises the heat insulation capacity in the abdominal side of the animal safely.SOLUTION: A jacket body 1 which is put on the back side of an animal A and wrapped to the abdominal side is provided. There is further provided a jacket auxiliary body 2 comprising a covering cloth 21 applied to the abdominal part of the animal A and a suspension strings 22 which are attached to the end of the covering cloth 21 and put on the back side of the animal A over the jacket body 1 to hang the covering cloth 21.
