PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shield system which can obtain a higher shield effect than previous technologies even against a magnetic noise of a super low frequency.SOLUTION: A magnetic shield system comprises: a magnetic sensor 6 with first to third magnetic detection coils X1, X2, Z1, Z2, Y1, and Y2 arranged in the positions facing each other with a magnetic detection object space 4 between them, for detecting a magnetic noise of the frequency lower than the prescribed frequency a compensation coil 2 for applying magnetism to a magnetic reduction object space 5 a first control device 3 and a second control device 7 for applying magnetism to the magnetic reduction object space 5. The first control device 3 and the second control device 7 use the compensation coil 2 to apply magnetism to the magnetic reduction object space 5 based on the addition component of the first to third magnetic detection coils X1, X2, Z1, Z2, Y1, and Y2 and each difference component, so that the magnetic field of the magnetic reduction object space 5 can be the minimum, and so that the magnetic noise of the frequence lower than the prescribed frequency which is detected by the magnetic sensor 6 can be reduced.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】超低周波数の磁気ノイズに対しても、従来より高い遮蔽効果を得ることが可能な磁気シールドシステムを提供すること。【解決手段】第1~第3磁気検出コイルX1、X2、Z1、Z2、Y1、Y2の各々を、磁気検出対象空間4を挟んで相互に対向する位置に並設し、所定周波数以下の周波数の磁気ノイズを検出する磁気センサ6と、磁気低減対象空間5に磁気を印加する補償コイル2と、磁気低減対象空間5に対して磁気を印加させる第1制御装置3及び第2制御装置7とを備える。第1制御装置3及び第2制御装置7は、第1~第3磁気検出コイルX1、X2、Z1、Z2、Y1、Y2の加算成分及び各差分成分に基づいて磁気低減対象空間5の磁場が最小となるように、かつ、磁気センサ6にて検出された所定周波数以下の周波数の磁気ノイズを低減するように、補償コイル2を用いて、磁気低減対象空間5に対して磁気を印加させる。【選択図】図1
