The present invention provides a inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition for treating gout and a preparation method thereof including a first gas and an atomized drug. The volume concentration of hydrogen in the inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition is between 2% to 96%. The atomized drug is selected from a group including colchicine, allopurinol, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, and a random combination thereof. The inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition eliminates harmful radical (active oxygen) in patient&prime；s body, and may increase absorption of a drug by using the atomized drug.
