PURPOSE: A power supplying apparatus for ocean nurseries is provided to supply the power semi-permanently as long as the fuel is supplied continuously, thereby supplying high-capacity power stably, and facilitating a large output of power. CONSTITUTION: A power supplying apparatus for ocean nurseries comprises: a fuel cell system(100) for generating electricity through an electric-chemical reaction with provided fuel, and supplying electricity to a source of demand by converting the power into the electricity； and a fuel supplying system equipped with a fuel tank(201) which supplies the fuel to the fuel cell system. The fuel is hydrogen and oxygen. The fuel cell system is equipped with a reforming device which is provided with pure water, and reforms the fossil fuel to the fuel for producing the electricity. The fuel supplying system is equipped with pure water supplying equipment which supplies the pure water to the reforming device. The reformed fuel is used for generation of electricity.
