The invention relates to a device for proper draining of an infusion bag under pressure, the device comprising a casing accommodating at least a deformable cushion and a variable volume bladder, wherein said casing comprises a first casing portion (14) defining a cavity (15) having a depth, said deformable cushion being arranged on a surface of said cavity (15) over a cushion thickness, said first casing portion (14) comprising an output side (18) configured to accommodate an output tube of the bag,the first casing portion (14) comprises an elevated part (22) protruding from the cavity (15) and extending from the output side (18) towards an opposite side (19) of the cavity, the deformable cushion covering the cavity and the elevated part, said elevated part defining a support area for the bag.
