According to the manufacturing method of a needle for oriental medicine or injector which are provided from the present invention, in the manufacturing process of the needle for oriental medicine or injector which are easy to input by having a smooth surface, the productivity is increased by forming a groove to the outgoing direction in the outer periphery of the wire by drawing the previously drawn wire in the die which has groove forming protrusion without having an additional cutting and grinding process to form a groove, thereby comprising a mechanical and continuous manufacturing process of a needle for oriental medicine or injector.
