The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nucleic acid film, capable of preventing skin troubles and improving skin penetration of a drug by applying the nucleic acid film in a transdermal delivery technology dependent on diffusion of the medicine by crossing the skin, and to an apparatus for injecting medicine using the nucleic acid film.
