The present invention concerns an assembly for medical use comprising: - an injection line for transferring the product to be injected between a container and the patient, said injection line comprising an upstream tubular portion and a downstream tubular portion and a check valve with a threshold on the downstream tubular portion, said check valve with a threshold allowing the passage of the fluid product from the container to the patient, - a filling line for transferring the product to be injected between a supply source and the container via the upstream tubular portion, said filling line being connected to the injection line between the upstream and downstream tubular portions and comprising a check valve allowing the passage of the fluid product from the supply source to the container, - a coupling interface on the filling line intended to be coupled to a pumping unit allowing the movement of the liquid between the supply source and the container.La présente invention concerne un ensemble à usage médical comportant: - une ligne d'injection pour le transfert du produit à injecter entre un récipient et le patient, ladite ligne d'injection comportant une partie tubulaire amont et une partie tubulaire avalet un clapet anti-retour à seuil sur la partie tubulaire aval, ledit clapet anti-retour à seuil permettant le passage du produit liquide depuis le récipient vers le patient, - une ligne de remplissage pour le transfert du produit à injecter entre une source d'alimentation et le récipient par l'intermédiaire de la partie tubulaire amont, ladite ligne de remplissage étant raccordée à la ligne d'injection entre les parties tubulaires amont et avalet comprenant un clapet anti-retour permettant le passage du produit liquide depuis la source d'alimentation vers le récipient, - une interface de couplage sur la ligne de remplissage destinée à être couplée à une unité de pompage permettant le déplacement du liquide entre la source d'alimentation et le récipient.
