A cutting module to shave human muscle is provided. The cutting module comprises a cutting apparatus, a suction and motor drive, an endoscope and a retractor. The cutting apparatus has a first and second cutting tube. The suction and motor drive is adapted to drive the second cutting tube to rotate corresponding to the first cutting tube so that cutting structures can shave muscle together and suck shaved muscle tissue out of the body. For accuracy and prevention from nerve and vessel injury during the shaving procedure, an endoscope is added. The endoscope is inserted into the retractor, and then both of the cutting tubes are inserted through the endoscope.
