PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe which is easily manufactured at low cost, demonstrates excellent slidability, and prevents elution of a coat into a liquid drug or mixing-in of a peeled coat into the liquid drug caused by the contact of the coat formed using silicone oil with a liquid drug.SOLUTION: The syringe includes a cylinder for filling a liquid drug, a seal member in contact with the inner surface of the cylinder and slidable in the cylinder. On the outer surface of the seal member, a coat is formed.
