PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic beauty instrument in which the ultrasonic vibration generated by an ultrasonic wave oscillator is more efficiently transmitted to a rotating roller in comparison with before.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic beauty instrument 1 includes: a gripping part 5 provided in a body part 2 a cylindrical rotating roller 6 rotatably provided in the gripping part and an ultrasonic wave oscillator 7 provided in the rotating roller. The inside of the rotating roller 6 is configured such that one side along the axial direction from a central portion in the diameter direction is formed as a hollow part 11A and the other side is formed as a solid part 14A. The ultrasonic wave oscillator 7 is formed in a sheet-shape and attached to the flat surface 14b of the solid part.
