PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely provide a wheelchair back board with an instantaneous expandable disaster-preventive hood, capable of being easily set on a wheelchair in present use, adaptable to be folded, and allowing a user to easily and instantaneously form the folded disaster-preventive hood on the users head of users own will while seated on the wheelchair.SOLUTION: A lower half of the board can be vertically double-folded. The board is attached to a backrest of the wheelchair by using a belt, etc. and can be folded together with the backrest of the wheelchair. Further, a neck pad in an upper half of the board has a semielliptical bag body which can be divided into several bodies by hook and loop fasteners, and the small folded disaster-preventive hood is stored in the bag body in such a way as to instantaneously project with expansion of compressed gas in a small gas cylinder. If an operation part extended by a wire is pressed by hand when a disaster occurs, the bag body is instantaneously expanded and the disaster-preventive hood is formed over the head. The disaster-preventive hood is integrated by mounting wire differential double reels, a wire holder and a spacer, etc. on a rigid base board. The bag body in which the disaster-preventive hood mechanism is stored can be separated with buoyancy.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 現在使用中の車椅子にも容易に設置できてしかも折り畳みにも対応でき、かつ車椅子に乗ったままでも自分自身の意思で容易かつ瞬時に折り畳まれた防災フードを頭上に形成させる瞬発膨張防災フードを備えた車椅子用背面ボードを広く提供することにある。【解決手段】 ボード下半部が縦に二つ折りできるもので、ベルト等を用いて車椅子の背もたれ部分に取付けられ、かつ折り畳まれるときも一緒に畳められており、更にはボード上半部の首当て部には面ファスナーで数個に割れるようになった半楕円形の袋体が設けてあって、この中に小さく折り畳まれた防災フードが小型ボンベの圧縮ガスの膨張で瞬時に飛び出すよう格納されており、災害発生時にワイヤで延長された操作部を手で押せば瞬発的に膨張して防災フードを頭上に形成させるが、防災フードは剛体の基板上にワイヤ差動二重リール及びワイヤ保持部そしてスペーサー等を搭載して一体化する。浮力によって防災フード機構を収めた袋体が離脱できる。【選択図】図5
