PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting tool and a spouted pouch preventing gaseous oxygen and steam from permeating inside from the outside via the spouting tool.SOLUTION: The spouting tool 5 comprises: a base part 6 of a spout mounted on a pouch 4 and a nozzle body 7 which is screwed to and mounted on the base part 6 of the spout. The base part 6 of the spout is equipped with: a cylindrical body 9 to be communicated with the inside of the pouch 4 and a thin-walled part 11 to close the inside of the cylindrical body 9, and the nozzle body 7 is equipped with a cylindrical cutting tool 16 having a cutting means for cutting the thin-walled part 11 by the screwing while leaving a part of the thin-walled part.
