The present invention relates to an X-ray photographing device. The X-ray photographing device allows a support arm supporting a chin stand unit adjusting a height by supporting a chin of a patient and an upper arm extended from an upper part of a body to determine a location of the X-ray photographing device, and comprises an X-ray generation unit and an X-ray reception unit determining a photographing location. The X-ray photographing device further comprises a rotation support unit which is fixed to a part of the body so as to rotatably support the support arm.
