The present invention relates to mixed powder of Platycodon grandiflorum with Momordiaca charantia, capsules thereof and a method for preparing the same. Particularly, dry powder of Platycodon grandiflorum including leaves, stems and roots thereof is mixed with that of Momordiaca charantia to provide mixed powder for preventing and treating various respiratory organ diseases and adult diseases caused by blood circulation disorder. The method for preparing mixed powder of Platycodon grandiflorum with Momordiaca charantia comprises the steps of: (S10) harvesting annual to perennial Platycodon grandiflorum including leaves, stems and roots and Momordiaca charantia, followed by washing； (S20) cutting each of the harvested Platycodon grandiflorum and Momordiaca charantia into a predetermined length； (S30) drying Platycodon grandiflorum and Momordiaca charantia with hot air in a dryer at a temperature higher than the boiling point of hydrocyanic acid gas； (S40) pulverizing each of the dried Platycodon grandiflorum and Momordiaca charantia to obtain Platycodon grandiflorum powder and Momordiaca charantia powder； and (S50) mixing Platycodon grandiflorum powder with Momordiaca charantia powder at a weight ratio of 1:0.5-1:1.6 (wt% basis) to obtain mixed powder. According to the present invention, the mixed powder is free from artificial additives and is based on naturally occurring pure crude drugs, and thus causes no side effects in the human body and provides a synergic effect so that it may be used effectively for improving, preventing and treating conditions even in a relatively small amount.
