The peroral solid preparation reduced in bitterness contains nateglinide and a water-soluble polymer, and is characterized by containing the water-soluble polymer in an amount of 0.3-6 parts by weight, in terms of solid amount, per part by weight of the nateglinide.본 발명은 쓴맛을 느끼지 않고 동시에 속효 단시간형의 나테글리니드의 성질을 유지시킨 경구 고형 제제를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 나테글리니드 및 수용성 고분자를 함유하고 쓴맛이 감소된 경구 고형 제제로서, 나테글리니드 1중량부에 대하여 수용성 고분자를 고형분 환산으로 0.3 내지 6중량부 함유함을 특징으로 하는 경구 고형 제제에 관한 것이다.
