The inner and outer caps (30) and (60) have ratchet mechanisms (50) and (80). The ratchet mechanism integrally rotates the outer cap (60) and the inner cap (30) when the outer cap is rotationally operated with respect to the mouth in a state in which the outer cap is pressed into the inner cap, and rotates the outer cap (60) relative to the inner cap (30) when the outer cap is rotationally operated with respect to the mouth in a state in which the outer cap is not pressed into the inner cap.
