PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pole-and-line fishing machine preventing an accidental cut of a fish line by rapidly responding to movement of a tuna caught by a fishhook, allowing the tune to swim within a certain range, but capable of regulating unruly movement.SOLUTION: A pole-and-line fishing machine includes a revolving drum, a drive motor, an electromagnetic clutch, an encoder and a control part. The control part first performs take-up operation with a take-up torque set to hoisting power 1, when a load increases and the rotation of the revolving drum reaches a preset reference number of revolutions of hoisting power 2, sets the take-up torque to the hoisting power 2 smaller than the hoisting power 1, and can perform an operation mode of changing to a reverse torque operation of increasing/decreasing the take-up torque according to the increase/decrease in the number of revolutions of the revolving drum. A ratio of increase/decrease of the take-up torque in the reverse torque operation is determined by the hoisting power 2, a hoisting power 3 as a preset maximum torque, and the reference number of revolutions of hoisting power 3 reaching the hoisting power 3. Five types of setup values that are preset respectively are stored and called again by one action key to operate the pole-and-line fishing machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13【課題】釣り針に掛かったマグロの動きに即応させることにより釣り糸の不用意な切断を防止し、一定の範囲での遊泳は許容するが野放図な動きを規制することが出来る一本釣り機の提供。【解決手段】回転ドラムと、駆動モータと、電磁クラッチと、エンコーダと、制御部とを具備し、制御部は、当初は巻取トルクを巻上力１とした巻取動作を行なわせ、負荷が増大して回転ドラムの回転が予め設定された巻上力２基準回転数になったとき、巻取トルクを巻上力１より小さな巻上力２とするとともに、回転ドラムの回転数の増減に合わせて巻取トルクを増減させるリバーストルク動作に切り替える運転モードを実行する。リバーストルク動作の巻取トルクの増減の比率は、巻上力２と、予め設定された最大トルクである巻上力３と、巻上力３に達する巻上力３基準回転数とから決定される。予め各設定された上記５種類の設定値をワンタッチキーにより保存しまた呼び出して動作させる。【選択図】図１３
