PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid administering tool capable of preventing liquid from discharging from the tip of a needle tube when interrupting liquid administration.SOLUTION: A liquid administering tool includes: a cylindrical body having a cylindrical shape and allowing filling liquid therein； a needle tube provided on the tip end side of the cylindrical body so as to be communicated with the cylindrical body or communicable therewith, and having a sharp needle tip on the tip end； a gasket slidable in the cylindrical body； an operation member performing a pressing operation of pressing the gasket to the tip end direction, and discharging the liquid filled in the cylindrical body through the needle tube； and a liquid stopping mechanism having an elastic member and switching a first state in which the liquid is prevented from flowing in the inner cavity of the needle tube by the elastic deformation of the elastic member, and a second state in which the liquid can flow in the inner cavity of the needle tube.
