PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the rotation between a piston and a cylinder without preparing a detent at the side of the piston and the inside of the conduit of the cylinder.SOLUTION: A piston 51 is held freely slidably in a cylinder 50 of a suction button 29 of a two-step switching type. A cylinder cap 52 which positions the piston 51 in a half-pushed position and an all-pushed position is prepared at the cylinder 50. The cylinder cap 52 includes: a cylinder cap body 76 attached at the cylinder 50 (hereinafter referred to as a cap body) and an airtight cap 77 which is prepared freely slidably in the inside of the cap body and in which the tip of the piston 51 is inserted, or the like.
