PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting apparatus which ensures that a chemical solution collection port of a chemical solution supply tube is closed by a lid body when a relay tube is connected to a drain port of the chemical solution supply tube in recovering the chemical solution.SOLUTION: The endoscope cleaning and disinfecting apparatus comprises: a chemical solution reservoir 5 a chemical solution supply tube 10 a first opening part A provided at one end part of the chemical solution supply tube 10 a second opening part C provided at the other end part of the chemical solution supply tube 10 a third opening part B provided at an apex 11p of the chemical solution supply tube 10 to collect a chemical solution M through the chemical solution supply tube 10 a lid body 15 freely coverable on the third opening part B and a holding part for freely and movably holding the lid body 15 in a first position where the lid body covers the third opening B and in a second position where the third opening B is exposed and where a relay tube 40 comes into contact with a part of the lid body 15 when the relay tube 40 is connected to the second opening part C.
