The present invention provides a method of treating cancer using a combination of IL-2 and an integrin binding Fc fusion protein. The method of the present invention can be applied to a wide range of cancer types. In one aspect, a method is provided for treating cancer in a subject, the method comprising interleukin (IL) -2 and (i) an integrin binding loop and a knotton polypeptide scaffold.
