The present invention provides a fusion imaging apparatus for laparoscopic surgery, which comprises: a fusion imaging module, for obtaining endo-PET/near infrared/visible rays, which respectively obtains a triple image of visible ray, near-infrared ray, and gamma ray from a gamma ray emitting material applied to an affected area; an external endo-PET module which is installed in the lower part of the fusion imaging module and detects flash generated by flash crystals through a coincidence coefficient; optical fibers to transmit the triple image obtained from the fusion imaging module; a light source which generates near field excitation light to obtain an near field image by exciting a near field emitting material on an affected area and white light to obtain visible light image through the optical fibers; a photoelectric conversion module which separates individual images of visible rays, near infrared rays, and gamma rays from the triple image transferred through the optical fibers and then converts the separated result into each electrical signal; a matching means to match a gamma image signal and a visible light image signal near the infrared ray image signal of the photoelectric conversion module into one image; and a control unit which includes an image display means to display an image signal by obtaining, amplifying, and co-counting the image signal of the photoelectric conversion module and the image signal of the endo-PET module.
