The present invention relates to a device for health, comprising a cylindrical rotating body, a vertical moving device, and a horizontal moving device. The vertical moving device allows the cylindrical rotating body to descend downward while maintaining a substantially horizontal state based on gravity. The horizontal moving device moves the cylindrical rotating body substantially parallel to the ground by using power such as a motor. The cylindrical rotating body is rolled over body of a user so as to perform massage functions.
