PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable paper diaper with no fear of leakage (front/back leakage) from a waist part.
SOLUTION: A body fluid absorbent body 3 is interposed between a body fluid permeable top sheet 1 and a body fluid impermeable back sheet 2 leg circumference elastic members 21 under the stretched state are fixed to article-side end parts in the sides of the body fluid absorbent body 3 to form leg circumference elastic parts 20 expanding/contracting in the front/rear direction, and a waist elastic member 31 under the stretched state is fixed to at least one of the article front/rear end parts to form a waist elastic part 30 expanding/contracting in the width direction. In use, the waist elastic part 30 is pulled in the side directions. The leg circumference elastic members 21 are so provided that the leg circumference elastic parts 20 reach the waist elastic part 30.
