The prepreg sheet 30 is disposed so that reinforcing fibers F1, F2 are oriented in a direction inclined with respect to the axial length direction X and is wounded and fixed so that the angle of intersection of the reinforcing fibers with respect to the axial length direction is smaller in a wound region on the rod section beyond the tip 10e of the fixing part 10a than in a wound region for the fixing part 10a.
