PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exerciser that becomes a stimulus to the entire body as well as to the legs and lower back through repetitive operation during driving hours by oscillating a seat by vertical movement of 20 mm at both ends of the upper plate on the seat surface.SOLUTION: A projection 3 and a tray 4 are prepared in the center between a seat 1 and an upper plate 2, and are then installed in the center of a driver seat. Spaces at both ends of the seat 1 and the upper plate 2 are 10 mm at both ends. When a vehicle is started, causing a body movement in a left and right curve, in a traffic lane change, etc., there is generated an oscillation of vertical movement alternately of the left and right with the projection 3 as the fulcrum, producing 20 mm motion width at both ends of the upper plate 2. The legs and lower back are affected small by one oscillation generated by the vertical movement.
