PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating tool that hardly shifts from a mounting part even if being mounted for a long time and can sufficiently exert a heating effect on an affected part.SOLUTION: A heating tool 1 comprises: a cylindrical holder 2 that has stretchability and of which both axial ends are open； and at least one band 3 that has stretchability and fixes the holder 2 to a human body by being wound around the human body. The holder 2 comprises at least one housing part 4 that can house a heat generating material.
